Les escribimos desde los campos menonitas (Cd. Cuauhtémoc) en Chihuahua.
La presente es para compartir con ustedes nuestro sueño de iniciar en la Steinreich Bibelschule del campo 38 1/2, El Seminario Anabautista Menonita Mexicano.
El propósito fundamental es suplir el vacío educativo que en las áreas de Biblia, Teología, Eclesiología y Pastoral con orientación Anabautista Menonita campea en nuestras iglesias y conferencias.
La meta es capacitar en un periodo de tres años a pastores y líderes, maestros, consejeros, y hermanos que desean conocer y profundizar en su fe, en los temas más importantes y prácticos. Habrá dos categorías: Personas que deseen cursar de una manera formal y que cubran los requisitos, se les entregará un Certificado de Estudios Bíblicos, Eclesiales y Pastorales. En la otra, los interesados podrán acudir a los cursos sin las exigencias de acreditación, pero sí con el fin de capacitación.
Las instalaciones del Seminario son las del Steinreich Bibelschule del campo 38 1/2, que ofrecen lo necesario para los días de estancia de los estudiantes: salones de clase, biblioteca, comedor, dormitorios, lugares de descanso y áreas de recreación. El personal docente serán maestros con reconocida trayectoria, capacidad y orientación anabautistas, que además de impartir su cátedra, convivirán con los alumnos en los días de estancia.
Anexamos a esta, el currículo académico y la metodología de trabajo, así como una encuesta que mucho rogaríamos nos respondieran antes de 45 días a partir de la fecha de recibida ésta.
Esperamos que este sueño del Seminario Anabautista Menonita Mexicano sea también un movimiento del Espíritu y que para todos sea una oración respondida. Los tiempos que vivimos son tan críticos que ya es necesario que la iglesia de discípulos que trabajan por la paz se manifieste a un mundo que está perdiendo la esperanza.
